Booking Conditions:
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card number and $50 deposit per night/room
Minimum of $100 deposit per stay.

Deposit is refundable for cancellations made 14 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to date of arrival will be charged full rate for the nights of the cancelled stay, unless the room is rebooked.
All the cancellations are subject to $25 cancellation fee.

Two night minimum booking on weekends in high season June 15 - October 15.
